• Future tools for managing clients and tracking earnings

Settlo is an information and productivity tool. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. We do not hold, transfer, or process any money on your behalf.

2. Who Can Use Settlo

Settlo is free to use for anyone. By using Settlo you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You will use Settlo for lawful purposes only
• The information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge

3. Calculator Accuracy

The payment calculator provides estimates based on publicly available fee information. Please note:

When using the Settlo Invoice Generator:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice information you enter
• Settlo does not verify client details or payment information
• Invoices generated are for your use — Settlo is not a party to any transaction
• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to invoices you create

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on Settlo — including the design, code, content, and branding — belongs to Settlo.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of Settlo without permission
• The invoices you generate belong entirely to you
• Settlo's name and logo may not be used without written permission

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Settlo to:

• Create fraudulent or fake invoices
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers
• Scrape or copy our content automatically
• Use our platform for any illegal activity

We reserve the right to block access to anyone violating these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Settlo is provided as-is without any warranties. We do our best to keep everything working but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• That calculator results will always be perfectly accurate
• That the service will be free forever

8. Limitation of Liability

Settlo is not liable for:

• Disputes between you and your clients
• Payment issues with Payoneer, Wise, PayPal, or any bank
